Barn Cats

Shy or scared cats, and in some instances social cats, are available to barns.

Caretakers must provide cats with food and water, and an area to keep them contained for 14 days initially before release. These cats are sterilized, FeLV/FIV tested negative, dewormed and have current rabies and distemper shots. Your barns will be rodent free!

Indoor/Outdoor Cats

These are the ONLY non-barn cats Fancy Cats allows to be adopted as indoor/outdoor pets. These cats are a rare exception, Fancy Cats normally contractually requires all cats adopted from the rescue - be indoor only cats. Cats that live indoors, live longer and healthier lives.

These are not feral or shy cats, but they are cats that are happiest when they are allowed outdoors and indoors. These cats are NOT outdoor only cats. Fancy Cats prefers for these cats to be conditioned towards living indoors all the time.
