FCRT loves to see area youths get involved in community service!

We welcome youths ages 15 to 18 who are willing to commit to at least 8 hours each month. We also welcome parent and youth volunteers.

Youth Volunteers typically assist at weekend Adoption Fairs by caring for the cats, cleaning out cages when cats get adopted, and acting as our eyes and ears when potential adopters are looking at Fancy Cats' felines. They also work with adult Cat Care givers during the week.

** Please note that no one under the age of 18 is permitted inside the Adoption Center without adult supervision.**

Ready to help? Here's how to get started

1. Please complete and submit the Youth Volunteer Application: download in Word (.DOC) or Adobe PDF format.
• Please remember to have your parent/guardian sign the attached Waiver and Release.
2. After your application has been reviewed, you will be contacted by the Adoption Center Manager for the area that you indicated is your preferred area.
3. The Adoption Center Manager will discuss with you the opportunities that are available at that particular store.
